- Customers are entitled to modify or cancel their orders within 12 hours of placing the order successfully. Beyond this timeframe, requests for cancellation or modification cannot be accommodated as the order will have progressed to processing and dispatched to the carrier.
- To modify or cancel an order, please following these steps:
- Gather necessary information, including the order email, order number (as provided by our order confirmation email), and specific requirements for modification or cancellation.
- Submit your request, along with the aforementioned details, to contact@forestbold.com, using the subject line [Modify/Cancel Order + Order Number].
- Refunds for modified or cancelled orders will be handled as follows:Upon receipt of your request, we will review and respond with approval or denial within 1 business day.Refunds will be processed within 3 days of receiving the email and will correspond to either the cancelled order value or the adjusted value of the modified order.
